This is the most exciting step in the whole process! When you have clarity for your purchase goals, you gain confidence to negotiate within your limits & certainty of the process ahead.

Make an offer and secure your mortgage financing.
Once you find your dream home the pieces come together – this is where the mortgage magic happens. Nothing is more exciting for me than saying – you are clear to waive your financing condition!
